Anna was coordinator of the Animarts action research project in association with LIFT and Guildhall School of Music & Drama and artists and teachers in London. The Animarts project was a year long action research enquiry which aimed to understand better the relative roles and abilities of animateurs and teachers and to explore the wider implications for training and professional development 2002 – 2003.
The outcome of this research was the Animarts Report:
The Art of the Animateur an investigation into the skills and insights required of artists to work effectively in schools and communities
